The following terms and conditions outline our booking, payment and rebate structure for all fittings at the COBRA Custom Fitting Studio in Toronto. By booking a custom fitting appointment, you agree to the following terms:
Each Fitting Service requires an advanced booking and is subject to a non-refundable fitting fee based on the type and duration of the fitting. Fees are as follows.

Fitting fees are due at the conclusion of the Client’s appointment, unless otherwise noted.

If the Client does not purchase equipment on the same day as the fitting, the full Fitting Fee remains payable at the conclusion of the fitting.

If the Client completes a purchase after the day of the fitting, they are eligible for a rebate of the Fitting Fee provided they meet the minimum spend threshold outlined in Section 2 of these terms. The rebate will be issued within 7-10 business days as a refund to the original payment method (e.g., credit card) used for the Fitting Fee. It will not be deducted from the purchase price of the clubs.
